Greentech Partners (GTP) is an owner-managed consultancy for the greentech and energy transition sector. We advise project developers, OEMs, suppliers, investors and industrial companies across wind, solar, battery storage (BESS) and adjacent segments on strategy, performance improvement and turnaround. In addition, we support clients with transactions and M&A.

Your role

As a Senior Consultant at GTP, you work on client projects and industry-specific studies, supported by the guidance and expertise of our experienced team. You have the autonomy to drive projects forward, the training to develop quickly, and the resources and mentorship you need to succeed.

Every project is unique, so you can use your strengths and creativity in dynamic environments. You help shape the growth of our team and make sure we continue to deliver excellence to our clients.

Your responsibilities

• Client projects: You work on client projects within a defined scope and set of deliverables.
• Studies and expertise: You conduct studies, share findings and build expert knowledge.
• Collaboration: You work with clients and the GTP team to deliver high-impact results.
• Analysis: You analyze markets, competition, technologies and supply chains to support strategic decisions.
• Deliverables: You develop comprehensive deliverables such as SWOT analyses, business plans, strategies, processes, financial models and actionable plans.
• Implementation: You implement solutions by planning, tracking, executing and supporting their rollout.
• Communication: You communicate results through written reports, presentations and data analyses.

Your profile

• We are looking for team players with a strong drive to make an impact and a passion for excellence. Everyone at GTP can play a substantial role in our growth and success.
• MBA/equivalent degree or Engineering degree from a top university
• Minimum 3 years of experience at a Tier 1 consultancy or Big 4 company
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of problem-solving
• Native-level German and English at minimum B2 level

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience using technology (e.g. AI-based tools) to improve efficiency and quality
