Fachliche Führung und Unterstützung des Teams im Warenausgang

• Steuerung und Priorisierung der täglichen administrativen Abläufe
• Sicherstellung termingerechter und vollständiger Versandabwicklung
• Kontrolle von Versand- und Frachtdokumenten sowie Systembuchungen

Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Prozessstandards

Ansprechpartner für operative Themen und Eskalationen

Abstimmung mit Lager, Transport und externen Dienstleistern

Unterstützung bei Einarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung neuer Mitarbeitender

Dein Profil

• Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Spedition oder kaufmännisch
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Warenausgang / Versand / Logistik
• Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Vorteil

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Lager-/ERP-Systemen

Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

Hohe Service- und Qualitätsorientierung

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
