Your future tasks
- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment for complex and business-critical positions, ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring outcomes
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers as a strategic sparring partner, particularly in defining role requirements, assessing market conditions, and structuring sound decision-making processes
- Manage external recruiting partners (agencies, freelancers) through clear briefings, expectation management, and ongoing performance monitoring to ensure efficient and targeted collaboration
- Further develop and standardize recruiting processes, methods, and quality standards with the goal of establishing scalable and sustainable recruiting excellence
- Drive the implementation and rollout of our new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), contributing to process design, system optimization, user adoption, and continuous improvement of recruiting operations
- Build and structure a sustainable, quality-driven talent pool and ensure targeted, prioritized use of active sourcing as a complementary tool based on clearly defined needs
- Leverage recruiting data and KPIs to generate insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of recruiting processes and outcomes
Your profile
- Several years of experience in end-to-end recruiting (approx. 7–10 years) in international and project-driven organizations
- Strong understanding of complex role profiles and relevant talent markets, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or engineering environments
- Experience in managing stakeholders across different levels and the ability to operate effectively without formal disciplinary authority
- Solid knowledge of active sourcing, recruiting channels, and modern tools (including ATS and potentially AI-based solutions)
- Experience working with external partners and in building efficient recruiting structures
- Understanding of labor law fundamentals and experience in international recruiting (e.g., relocation, visas)
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, confident presence when interacting with business stakeholders and candidates
Fluency in German and English
