Vielfältige Aufgaben

Develop backend services for agentic AI applications, including LLM orchestration, tool integration, and agent workflow logic

Build polished, user-friendly frontend interfaces that make GenAI capabilities accessible to business users

Deliver GenAI use cases end-to-end — from rapid prototyping through production deployment and ongoing iteration

Design and develop reusable application templates, components, and patterns for other teams to leverage

Integrate enterprise data sources, APIs, and third-party services into agentic workflows

Überzeugendes Profil

Must-haves:

Strong development skills in Python (backend) and a modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework such as React, Vue, or Angular (frontend)

Practical experience with GenAI technologies — LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, agent logic, or conversational interfaces

Demonstrated daily practice of using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf) with clear understanding of where they accelerate delivery and where human judgment is essential

Comfortable with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development on Azure

Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs; understanding of microservice and event-driven architectures

Familiarity with vector databases (Azure AI Search, Qdrant, Weaviate)

Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD

A mindset that balances delivery speed with reusability — you look for ways to turn solutions into components others can use

Effective in cross-functional, distributed teams within a corporate environment

Nice-to-haves:

Experience with agent orchestration frameworks: LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or similar

Track record of introducing or scaling agentic development practices within a team

Background in building internal tools or platform products for enterprise use

Experience in the energy sector or regulated industries
