On your way with us

you will be responsible for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of major construction measures in the area of project management for schools & Kita/youth as well as other properties in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

you will be responsible for project management on the client side in the field of electrical engineering and for supervising the specialist engineers,

you will be responsible for budget planning, project controlling, deadline organization and control as well as cost control and management.

you will be responsible for coordinating the construction work with the users and all relevant parties.

act as the contact person for all internal and external project participants.

You lay the foundations for your career

You have a degree in electrical engineering (diploma/bachelor/masters degree)

You have specialist professional experience in the construction industry (in particular in work phases 1 - 8 according to HOAI) and can deal confidently with the specialist regulations, standards and laws as well as VOB/A, UVgO, VgV, HOAI.

You work in a structured, results-oriented and timely manner and have already gained experience in project management.

You are confident and look forward to working independently and in a goal-oriented manner.
