Your Tasks

Responsible for defining, standardizing, and optimizing procurement processes globally to ensure compliance, cost efficiency, and strategic sourcing alignment

Develop and maintain global procurement process standards and policies

Drive process harmonization across regions and business units

Collaborate with category managers and suppliers to ensure strategic sourcing alignment

Partner with IT to enable digital procurement solutions and automation

Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements

Your Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

Good German and English (spoken and written)

Experience in global procurement and process optimization

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Familiarity with ERP systems and e-procurement tools
