Photovoltaics Site Manager (m/f/d) – Commercial & Ground-Mounted
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a photovoltaics site manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible for the technical implementation of commercial and ground-mounted systems. You will take responsibility for our PV construction sites, coordinate all parties involved and ensure a high-quality, standards-compliant delivery of our projects.

Your tasks
What awaits you with us
You lead our PV construction sites in the commercial and ground-mounted segment – from project management through to commissioning.
Project management
Technical and schedule monitoring of the PV construction sites
Interface management
Coordination of subcontractors and grid operators
Quality assurance
Standards-compliant execution in accordance with VDE-AR-N 4105/4110
Grid connection & commissioning
Supervision and documentation
Resource planning
Material scheduling and team coordination
Your profile
What you bring to the role
Minimum requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in electrical engineering or civil engineering
Confident handling of the relevant VDE application rules
Knowledge of VOB/B and occupational health and safety regulations
Category B driving licence essential
Personal requirements
Assertiveness in leading teams
Willingness to travel to regional/nationwide construction sites
Problem-solving skills when facing challenges
