To strengthen our team for the planned district-wide fiber-optic network expansion, we are seeking a Construction Technician / Draftsman (m/f/d) specializing in civil engineering to join our Construction Department as soon as possible.

Up to Pay Grade 9b of the TVöD (VKA)

Full-time employment of up to 39 hours per week.

Fixed-term employment contract for 3 years. Good prospects for permanent employment.

Your tasks:

Coordination, supervision, and support of civil engineering projects

Regular reporting on project progress and advice on urban planning and infrastructure issues

Oversight and coordination of construction work as part of the district-wide fiber-optic network expansion

Coordination with local communities and engineering firms

Contact for authorities, clients and other project participants

Your profile:

Vocational training in construction or technical administration

Relevant professional experience in construction supervision is desirable

Ideally experience in the public sector

Communication and negotiation skills as well as a confident demeanor

Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working

Affinity for sustainable construction and interest in the development of public infrastructure
