Your responsibilities

Design and develop battery energy storage systems (BESS) integrated with solar and wind power projects

Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for BESS installations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BESS with solar PV and Wind systems

Structure and improve tendering strategy and ensure successful project execution along time, budget, quality and HSE

Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for BESS projects

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols

Provide technical support during the commissioning and testing of BESS

Stay updated with the latest advancements in BESS technology and solar engineering

Mentor and guide other engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices

Lead engineering activities during development TDD and construction stage

Your profile

University degree in the area of electrical engineering, renewable energies or similar with focus on electrical engineering

At least 5 years of relevant work experience

Proficiency in BESS technologies, including lithium-ion batteries, battery management systems, and power conversion systems

Experience with energy management software, simulation tools, and modeling platforms

Familiarity with solar and/or wind design, grid integration, power electronics, and control systems for renewable energy projects

Knowledge of RES technology, including system design, installation, commissioning and maintenance

Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humor

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven track record of international work experience

Willingness to travel internationally

Business fluency in English, any other language will be helpful
