Your Tasks
Large Deal Ownership & Governance: Own end‑to‑end execution of mega deals and ensure structured governance, approvals, and compliance
Cross‑Functional Coordination: Lead cross‑functional deal taskforces and align all stakeholders across Sales, Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal
Deal Strategy & Value Optimization: Define deal strategy and drive value optimization across technical, commercial, and sourcing dimensions
Tender & Negotiation Leadership: Oversee high‑quality tender submissions and lead/support customer negotiations
Risk Management & Decision Support: Manage integrated deal risks and provide data‑driven recommendations for senior management decisions
Transition to Execution: Ensure smooth handover from tender phase to project execution with full transparency on assumptions
Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and continuously improve deal processes, governance, and playbooks
Your Qualifications
15+ years experience in large-scale project sales, tender management, or complex deal execution (energy, infrastructure, industrial projects)
Proven track record in multi-hundred-million EUR/USD tenders or framework agreements
Strong understanding of:
Commercial contracts and risk allocation
TLC, pricing, and sourcing strategies
Complex international project environments
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills across global, matrix organizations
