Your responsibilities

Act as the customers representative for quality across assigned projects, ensuring contractors, suppliers, and partners comply with contractual, regulatory, and industry quality requirements

Establish, maintain, and oversee the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) from late-stage development through execution and project closure, ensuring consistent application of quality standards

Review, approve, and manage quality documentation including Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements, and related records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and traceability

Conduct and oversee audits, inspections, and surveillance of contractors and suppliers to verify compliance with approved standards, specifications, and quality management systems

Identify, document, and manage non-conformances, driving timely resolution in line with contract terms while preventing recurrence

Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, HSE, Construction, and Project Management teams to align quality objectives and deliver integrated project outcomes

Provide timely reporting to leadership on quality risks, deviations, and potential impacts on project delivery, ensuring transparency and proactive risk management

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by defining quality requirements in RFQs/RFPs, applying lessons learned, leveraging digital tools, and promoting best practices across the project lifecycle

Reports to Quality Management Team Lead

Your profile

Bachelors degree in civil/mechanical/electrical engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management, or other relevant disciplines

3–5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years of Quality Management in large-scale or multiple mid-sized Solar projects in the UK/Europe

High proficiency in problem solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, 7QC and PDCA)

Advanced expertise in Quality Management systems, including auditing methodologies, reporting practices, and strong command of ISO 9001, non-conformance (NCR) handling, and corrective action processes

Proven experience in supplier and contractor quality assurance, including auditing external partners and ensuring compliance with customer-specific quality requirements

Good understanding of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical quality standards, codes, and drawings

Able to work independently while engaging collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders

Recognized quality certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent)
