Due to the parental leave of one of our colleagues in our international team in Kassel, we are looking for a full-time or part-time substitute for a period of two years, starting in September 2026, as our

Marketing Manager – Parental leave substitute, fixed-term (2 years)

Youll fit in with us if you have experience in international B2B marketing for medium-sized companies, with a focus on lead generation, and are interested in the renewable energy sector, the electricity market and Software-as-a-Service products.

Drawing on your in-depth marketing expertise, you will take broad responsibility for our public presence, from our website and social media to trade fair appearances and job advertisements, thereby playing a key role in the sustainable growth of our company.

Your role

Generating leads for our B2B business in the energy sector

Managing the content and design of our website and online profiles on LinkedIn, Xing and various industry platforms

Monitoring and managing our Google Ads

Planning, preparing for and attending trade fairs

Continuous updating and creation of company presentations, brochures and flyers

Managing our job vacancies and applicant management

Your profile

You are eloquent in both German and English

You are experienced in international B2B marketing, ideally in the energy sector and with SaaS products

You are skilled at creating effective content for LinkedIn, Xing and Google Ads in the B2B sector

You have a keen eye for details and high quality standards

Experience in graphic and web design using, for example, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and WordPress, as well as in recruitment, is an additional advantage
