Customer Service - Back Office (m/f/d)
In the Sales, Marketing and Corporate Communications department (S10), a permanent part-time position (24 hours) is available in the Customer Service Back Office area.
What awaits you:
Case processing in the area of increased transport fares (EBE)
Contact person, deployment planning and monitoring for ticket inspectors; invoice verification (inspection personnel); subscription and address management
Preparation and processing of statistics and monthly reports (EBE)
Implementation and monitoring of receivables management in the EBE sector
Processing of debt collection claims arising from revenue protection
Review, processing and coordination of email and mail in the EBE department
Telephone support from the EBE hotline
Processing returned mail and ensuring data quality
Documentation, maintenance and archiving of relevant processes and documents
Ensuring the operational readiness of the test equipment, including regular functional checks and early detection and rectification of malfunctions.
Maintenance of the background system in the EBE area
Support in day-to-day operations (e.g. subscription management, digital sales, lost and found) as well as participation in process optimization.
This is what we want from you:
Completed commercial training
Professional experience in back office, administration or customer service, ideally in receivables management
Strong customer and service orientation
Proficient use of MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel) and technical understanding
Willingness to learn company-specific software and digital sales processes
Independent, structured and careful way of working
Responsible and sensitive handling of customer data
Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
