In Baden-Württemberg, 65 tax offices ensure that taxes are assessed and collected fairly and evenly. They are supported by 40 official building experts in four regional teams. We are looking for the South Baden regional team (based at one of the South Baden tax offices).

THESE ARE YOUR NEW TASKS

Preparation and review of market value appraisals and valuations

Preparation of expert opinions

Assessment of construction measures in connection with tax law

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

Completed studies as Dipl.Ing.(FH/TH), Bachelor or Master in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, surveying or comparable qualification or professional qualification in the banking sector with several years of professional experience in the field of valuation of developed and undeveloped properties.

Ideally, you are a certified real estate appraiser (e.g. HypZert, DIA, Sprengnetter) or have knowledge and experience in land and real estate valuation

Organizational skills and ability to work independently and responsibly

Negotiating skills with tax authorities, consultants and external appraisers

Open-mindedness towards the concerns of tax law

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a team, commitment and resilience

Willingness to travel

Confident handling of common Office applications is a prerequisite

The employment relationship is governed by the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TVL). The classification is in pay group 11 TV-L. In principle, it is possible to take professional experience into account when grading experience levels.

If the requirements under civil service law are met, it is possible to be taken on as a civil servant.

You will then be employed in a post graded according to salary group A12.
