We welcome and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds. We do not discriminate on the basis of disability, race, colour, ethnicity, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, age, veteran status or other category protected by law. We promote family-friendly flexible working opportunities, where operational and security needs allow. The FCDO operates an agile workforce and to facilitate this, you may be required to undertake other duties from time to time, as we may reasonably require.
Ready to work at the heart of UK–Germany relations? Join us in Munich and become the driving force behind one of the UK Governments most dynamic diplomatic and business teams. If you thrive in a fast‑paced international environment and love making things run smoothly, this role is for you.

The Germany Network values are kindness, inclusivity, honesty, professionalism and responsibility. These values guide how we work on a daily basis, and all staff must adhere to them.

As the Project Management Officer (40%), youll support DBT Germanys strategic operations—coordinating meetings, supporting senior leadership engagement, managing internal documentation, analysing business intelligence, organising events, and ensuring seamless delivery of ministerial and senior visits.
You will be a central part of a high‑performing, international team that values collaboration, quality service, and creativity.
What you will do:
