Your Mission

You lead the warehouse team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

You keep a close eye on inventory and identify optimization potential early

You proactively detect and report overstock and shortages

You plan and manage regular inventory counts

You ensure order, structure, and efficient warehouse processes

You optimize warehouse space and collaborate closely with materials management & logistics partners

Your Profile

You have a qualification in warehouse logistics, ideally with a master-level certification

You bring solid hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations

You enjoy taking responsibility and have already led teams successfully

You communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively in German (written and spoken)

You know how to motivate people and build a strong team spirit

You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and keep a clear overview even in dynamic situations
