Our work enables employees across the E.ON Group to apply digital tools with confidence — in their daily decisions, processes, and collaboration. By empowering people to take ownership of their digital skills, we strengthen E.ONs workforce and actively contribute to making new energy work.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

Designing and deploying upskilling offers on digital topics such as Data & AI, Automation, and Personal Productivity

Owning the end-to-end instructional design process using SAM instructional design framework ensuring alignment with business goals and learner needs

Creating and curating accessible & user-friendly learning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, and the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.) and being in line with (internal) design quality standards

Collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into engaging and accessible learning formats

Managing content within our Learning Experience Platform (LXP) powered by Cornerstone, optimising structure, tagging, and user experience

Facilitating virtual and hybrid learning sessions, workshops, and onboarding programmes as needed

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

Being a hands-on creator with a passion for learning and digital enablement with several years experience in graphic and multimedia design of learning content in an international matrix setting, preferably with internal employees as target group

A degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Management, or a related field

Proven experience applying SAM, or other instructional design frameworks (e.g. ADDIE) in corporate learning environments and strong storytelling skills, with a clear sense for user flow, learning journeys, and narrative-driven content

Strong proficiency in our core authoring tool stack, especially Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline), Techsmith Camtasia and Synthesia

Experience in Visual Design (images, illustrations, AI-based visuals, motion graphics) using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), graphic design skills (typography, layout, Color Theory) and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Experience managing content in LXP / LMS platforms, ideally Cornerstone or similar

Business fluency in German and English (written and verbal) as well as the mindset to complete tasks independently, consciously, reliably, and end-to-end, with a high level of personal commitment
