Your mission:

As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on electrical engineering, you will be the central driving force behind our photovoltaic projects – from technical conception through to implementation and successful commissioning.

You will take responsibility for challenging commercial PV projects with a special focus on electrical design, AC connection, grid connection, and technical interface coordination. In doing so, you will safely guide internal teams, external specialist planners, installation partners, grid operators, and other project stakeholders through all project phases. With your sound technical understanding, you will assess electrical engineering requirements, identify risks early on, and ensure that quality, economic efficiency, and technical standards are always met. At the same time, you will actively contribute your experience to further develop processes and implement projects even more efficiently.

Your tasks:

Independent management and implementation of commercial photovoltaic projects across all project phases

Technical responsibility for electrical engineering issues with a focus on the AC side, grid connection, and feed-in concepts

Coordination of grid connection processes with energy suppliers, grid operators, and specialist partners

Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards

Review and coordination of technical documents, circuit diagrams, connection concepts, and documentation

Control of internal departments as well as external service providers and subcontractors

Ensuring quality, safety, and standard requirements throughout the project

Analysis of project data for continuous process optimization

Contribution to technical concepts for energy storage, load management, direct marketing, and ancillary services revenue.

Support for the further development of internal project management and technical standards

What you bring with you:

Completed degree or technical training in electrical engineering, energy technology, or comparable qualification

Several years of relevant professional experience in project management of technical infrastructure projects, ideally in the field of photovoltaics or renewable energies

Sound electrical engineering knowledge, especially in the area of AC connection, medium/low voltage, protection concepts, and grid connection of PV systems

Experience in dealing with grid operators, technical regulations, and relevant standards

Secure understanding of technical planning documents, circuit diagrams, and electrotechnical documentation

Experience in managing complex project workflows and technical interfaces
