Role purpose

Build intelligent agents and AI components that drive automation and decisioning in our PoCs and MVPs. You work hands-on with Azure AI services and GenAI models and integrate them into performant .NET/C# backends.

What youll do

Design and implement agentic solutions (too-lusing LLMs, planners, function calling) with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.

Expose scalable APIs, MCP servers and event handlers in .NET/C#; integrate with downstream systems; ensure observability and resilience.

Build retrieval-augmented pipelines (chunking, embeddings, vector search) and robust prompt/eval suites; iterate based on telemetry.

Productionize responsibly: input/output filtering, PII safeguards, redteaming, model/prompt versioning, safety runbooks.

Track GenAI advances; propose pragmatic upgrades with clear cost/benefit.

Must-have

Expert level in software engineering with .NET/C# and Python.

Hands-on with Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, and agent/RAG frameworks (like Semantic Kernel or LangChain), MCPand vector DBs.

Extensive prompt engineering skills including LLM evals (quality, toxicity, grounding, latency, cost).

Understanding of deployment best practices, security, and responsible AI.

Nice-to-have

Experience with LLM tuning, A2A and workflow engines.

Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and modern AI libraries.
