Overview: As a buyer specializing in project purchasing, you will be part of a modern, technology-driven company with its own electronics production.

You support procurement along the entire value chain and work closely with R&D, production, quality and project management.

You ensure that electronic components, assemblies and project-related materials are available on time, at optimal cost and in high quality.

The position is open to experienced purchasers (m/f/d) with strategic procurement knowledge, but also to career starters or candidates with initial experience in purchasing or supply chain management, ideally in the field of electronic component procurement.

Your profile:

Completed commercial or technical training or studies (e.g. economics, supply chain management, purchasing, electrical engineering or comparable)

First practical experience in project or operational purchasing or supply chain management – ideally in the electronics environment

Basic technical understanding of electronic components and manufacturing processes is an advantage

Your knowledge:

Good IT skills

Confident handling of MS Office; initial experience with ERP systems desirable

Secure, precise communication with suppliers

Negotiating skills

Very good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English

Your tasks:

Support in project-specific purchasing of electronic components, printed circuit boards, assemblies and technical services

Obtaining, evaluating and comparing supplier offers

Operational processing of orders and master data maintenance in the ERP system

Schedule and delivery tracking to ensure material availability for electronics production

Identification and qualification of alternative suppliers and components in cooperation with the R&D and Quality departments

Support with supplier evaluation (quality, delivery reliability, costs, technical competence)

Analysis of purchasing, delivery and material data to derive optimization potentials

Collaboration on projects for cost optimization and process improvement

Close cooperation with project management, production, logistics and engineering
