Top Leadership Development within the Group Leadership department at RWE AG is responsible for developing the Top Leadership Team (including RWE Board Members) into one team which has a shared understanding of objectives, leadership, and collaboration. The team supports the growth of our top executives in line with RWEs targeted leadership behaviours, enabling them to act as catalysts for transformation and cultural evolvement. Through tailored and innovative C-level and team development formats, top executives are empowered to stay curious, think creatively, and enhance their individual and collective leadership effectiveness. By exploring emerging megatrends and designing forward-thinking leadership initiatives, the team inspires our top executives to embrace future-ready leadership and out-of-the-box thinking across RWE.

About the role

You and your team are responsible for coaching the Top Executives of our Group to develop them further on an individual basis concerning their personal impact as well as on our desired leadership behaviour based on RWE`s Leadership Principles.

You leverage advanced psychometric tools and demonstrate deep expertise in conducting impactful feedback sessions and coaching at both the individual and team level. Through insightful development dialogues, you skilfully select, design, and implement highly effective and tailored leadership development initiatives for our Top Executives, ensuring measurable impact and sustainable growth.

In addition to individual development formats, you enjoy designing and implementing customer-centric group leadership and empowerment programs for Top Executives, collaborating closely with other departments and key stakeholders. You inspire Top Executives by identifying relevant thought leaders and offering a platform for dynamic discussions among top leaders on contemporary topics, megatrends, and emerging leadership themes, fostering forward-thinking and collaborative exchange. You continuously enhance your portfolio and quality of delivery by actively seeking executive feedback, measuring impact, and integrating insights from emerging trends and tools to ensure innovative and future-ready leadership.
