We are currently looking for a Service Manager (m/f/d) with a technical qualification. You may also have trained as a technician/master craftsman and/or completed a degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, plastics technology, process engineering, production engineering).

As Service Manager (m/f/d) for our EnviroFALK North branch, you and your team will help to ensure that everything runs smoothly for our customers on site. You lead, plan and coordinate our service team in the office and in the field. You are a problem solver, enjoy traveling and like the variety that comes with interacting with different people, whether customers or colleagues. Every customer is different! You and your team will adapt to the different requirements in a service-oriented manner, because important elementary processes and applications depend on the flawless functioning of our water treatment systems. The special attraction: our tasks are enormously varied. On the one hand, your technical understanding is in demand, and on the other, you have the opportunity to develop into an expert in a highly interesting area of water treatment.

Your tasks

You lead, plan and coordinate our service team.

In your role, you are the focal point for technical questions, complaints and faults. You will work hand in hand with your colleagues in the service office and field service to ensure that everything runs smoothly for our customers on site.

They analyze faults, provide fast and precise system diagnostics and propose optimal solutions.

They provide expert assistance through digital live support with our WaterExpert tool.

You are also a competent contact person for construction meetings. You instruct our customers in the system technology and carry out training courses.

Your profile

For this challenging role, you ideally have solid training in the field of electrical engineering such as electrician, energy system electronics technician, mechatronics technician or heating and plumbing installer with knowledge of electrical engineering/control technology.

In addition, you may have completed further training as a technician/master craftsman and/or a degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, plastics technology, process engineering, production engineering).

You have gained professional and initial management experience in the service sector in plant engineering/manufacturing.

You have a strong technical understanding, think in a process-oriented way and impress with your structured way of working.

On a personal level, you convince through doing, leading, motivating and encouraging.

You are proficient in the common MS Office programs and ideally have good knowledge of CAD, ERP and CRM.

You may also have knowledge of water treatment.
