Work with us in the beautiful Westerwald – between Montabaur and Limburg an der Lahn.

Your tasks

You take care of order processing: from incoming orders to dispatch processing and invoicing, you have everything under control.

You are the internal interface for our specialist departments, coordinate national and international transportation, create documents, coordinate external logistics service providers and liaise with authorities and customers.

You prepare country-specific shipping and export documents in accordance with customs and foreign trade regulations.

Continuously improving – that is our aim! In this context, too, we welcome your input to further optimize our processes.

Your profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship in logistics, freight forwarding or industry.

In your previous positions, you have already gained professional experience in the areas of order and dispatch processing and have good knowledge of customs and foreign trade law.

You have a high degree of independence and organizational talent. You keep a cool head even in hectic situations and score points with service-oriented solutions and constructive teamwork.

You are fit in dealing with modern EDP and IT systems (ERP, MS Office). Practical experience in common export tools (e.g. Atlas) round off your profile.

You have knowledge of English.
