Your tasks

You are responsible for the procurement of components and external services and make a significant contribution to the product and process development of our water treatment plants.

You identify suppliers who stand out through innovative technologies and work with our team to optimize the further development of a sustainable supplier pool.

First-class quality with maximum cost efficiency and adherence to deadlines is your motto. They analyze and scrutinize cost statements and challenge our suppliers in the early project phases to develop processes that are optimally tailored to our requirements.

You conduct contract negotiations and always keep track of all project-relevant activities, milestones and deadlines.

The continuous optimization of our internal procurement processes and tools is another important aspect of your work.

Your profile

You have completed technical or business training or a comparable qualification, preferably with additional training as a technician, master craftsman, specialist or business economist or a degree in engineering.

You have professional experience in technical purchasing – preferably in plant and mechanical engineering.

You have a strong technical understanding, a high level of cost awareness and a solution-oriented, hands-on mentality.

You are determined, structured, assertive and have good negotiating skills.

You communicate clearly and convincingly, are business fluent in English and German and are characterized by constructive cooperation.
