You will collaborate with national and international DSOs, business initiatives, and Digital Technology to leverage AI and drive the digital transformation of Energy Networks

You lead the definition, development, and execution of the AI strategy, supporting ongoing and future business transformations, as well as the continuous development of digital business platforms (Rocks)

As a leader of the Expert Team within the Leadership Team of Energy Networks Digital & IT, you will prepareand moderate meetings jointly with the PMO expert and actively contribute strategic insights, proposals, and impulses together with other team members

You will support strategic projects and manage cross-functional teams

Together with the Digital & IT Leadership Team, you will drive decisions related to standardization and optimization

You will represent Energy Networks as a subject matter expert in internal and external meetings,presentations, and discussions on Digital & IT

A background that convinces us

A university degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in AI, Data Science, or a related field, with strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python), machine learning, deep learning (e.g., PyTorch), NLP,and big data technologies

Proven ability in problem-solving, research, and project management, with a solid understanding of business processes and the ability to apply technical solutions to support business strategies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and collaborate effectively across departments

Ideally, knowledge of the European energy industry and a passion for using digital technologies to drive efficiency, innovation, and change

Business fluency in both German and English to interact effectively within the E.ON Group and with Distribution Systems Operations
