Project Management Assistant for Citybeach 2026
Project Management Assistant (m/f/d) – Citybeach Hildesheim 2026
Hildesheim Marketing GmbH is commissioned by the city of Hildesheim to develop, position, and market a distinctive profile for the city. In this capacity, the company handles tasks related to tourism, event, and city management, as well as municipal marketing and public relations. Since 2012, Hildesheim Marketing has also operated as a tour operator, selling and marketing overnight and day packages specifically designed for Hildesheim.
Hildesheim Marketing GmbH is seeking a dedicated Project Management Assistant (m/f/d) for the Hildesheim Citybeach 2026 event. You will support the project team both during the preparation phase in the office and directly on-site during the event itself.
Your tasks
Preparation phase (from 01.05.2026 | approx. 3 days/week)
Organizational support for the Citybeach team in the office
Coordination with service providers and maintenance of overviews and data
Preparation of plans and documents (e.g. for staff, security service, cleaning)
Participation in preliminary meetings and planning sessions with the project management
Event period (June 26 – August 16, 2026 | 5 days/week, including weekends)
Professional and organizational management of employees as team or shift leader
Creation of deployment and duty rosters, taking into account working hours, availability and occupational safety.
Analysis of daily and monthly working hours to support personnel and budget planning
Coordination of daily operations and ensuring a smooth flow of events on the event grounds (15 pm to 22 pm or 23 pm)
Contact person for employees on site or on call
Monitoring of safety, hygiene and operational guidelines (especially in the kiosk area)
Close communication with the project management
Support in day-to-day operations and guest services
Documentation of the daily schedule and handover to the project management
Your profile
Experience as a team or shift leader, ideally in the event, leisure or catering sector
Excellent organizational skills, reliability and a high level of commitment
Independent, structured work style as well as teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Confident and friendly demeanor towards guests, employees and partners
Good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook)
