Due to the expansion of our business activities, we are looking for a

Broker & Business Development Manager (M/F/D)

to join our Team

Your tasks:

Manage and develop customer accounts with direct responsibility for negotiating and executing sales transactions from start-to-finish

Project management and acquisition

Tender management

Develop and sustain close relationships with clients, key stakeholders and senior counterparties in the industry

Analyze competitor strategies and behaviors

Constructively challenge the status quo and actively develop and implement new strategies, ideas and initiatives to create further growth and a valuable service for our business partners

Your profile:

3-5 years of work experience in the maritime and energy industry, preferably downstream oil and/or renewables, university degree is a plus but not mandatory

Proven track record and client portfolio

Strong analytical mind with ability to analyze complex problems and quickly get to heart of topics/issues

Intuitive focus to identify and realize continuous improvements

Instinctive business acumen and deep understanding of profitability drivers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with natural gravitas towards teamwork

Complete fluency in English, any other language is a plus

Solid IT & presentation skills
